When reflash it's reboting, no problem with flashing.
If need i can flash by Null-Modem by COM port or directli with JTAG
    Why you asking ?

    1015???

I'd go clone safe with such an ID and avoid Official Frimware coz rebooting might just produce a BIG NASTY surprise!

i think you would be better buying a newer box if you haven`t already bought a s9 !

i spent 2 days looking around sites this weekend only to find the latest firmware from nov 2011 and i had problems with n lines in cccam not working and mgcam !

    good luck !

    Default After upgrade

Hi,Upgraded my openbox s9 with this software.
All working great with one exception.
I cannot read my recordings made with the former software.
    New recordings no problem.

How can I view my previous recordings?
    Please advise.

    Default 085B

I have checked my openbox s10 and it says 085B.
Does that mean it is not a clone and if so what firmware can I load in it? I tried one and had to do the serial backout procedure to restore it.

I have an Openbox S9. Looking to update firmware. When in infomration screen menu only shows MAC No., Machine No. NC No. and VERSION No. Version No. is CHDS2-11-05-09:0902CMT. Is this the CHIP ID which tells me whether my box is a clone or original. Trying to figure out if clone befr I try firmware updates.

if not a clone you can use any firmware i think, if you have a firmware you have working ok stick with it, most of the updates i have tried have had little or no change, only real improvement i have seen has been the lip sync problem sorted from about a year ago.
