AutoBoss V30 password reset or Cracked software needed

Hi all, I have an AutoBoss V30 that I bought from China last November. When it came i registered it on their official website as a new machine and it worked fine. I have only used it a couple of times but it always worked fine. 3 days I came to use it and it says need updating. Its not a year old yet but anyway I logged on to update and I cant fore the life of me remember my password. There is no password reset function on the AutoBoss site and they are not answering my emails. I phoned them in China and they just said to email for support but like I said they don't answer. Does anyone know how I can get my machine working again with my software or can I get some cracked software for it or am I stuck with an expensive paperweight? Thanks for any advice.

The password is visible on your machine, after power up go trough the settings or info.

Write about the problem the dealer and they should generate a new password. I had the same problem. You must reset the password based, the serial number.
