    Default hyundai tucson fap

Hello ! The car is Hyundai Tucson 2.0 crdi year 2007.
I have removed the fap (broken the fap filter) and did software with Ecusafe. The car now has a lag off power until 2000 rpm. When is cold the motor doesn't rev for about 1 minute and i have a black smoke. I have attached the original bin
If anyone can remove fap manually not with Ecusafe it would be great
    Regards Antmar

What is strange is the fact that after i have removed the fap the car was sort of ok for 2 days. It had a lag of power until 2000rpm the mil went off had no dtc in ecu but after a long trip (about 600km) the mil was on and a black smoke. What is even more strange is that i had a similar car (tucson 2.0crdi year 2006) now 1.5 years ago same problem only this time the car was flooded and the fap was full with dirt. I've removed the fap and the car is still on the street with no problem. I will report tommorow the results.
    Regards Antmar !

same car and same problem but different software
After various changes to the software, for now the car has no performance problems but only with an error light on dpf below the lower limit.
light on after about 2 km
before this result, I tried to modify the software ecusafe2 but it was in protection,
Swiftech also does not work on this software

On my Tucson the workers from service mounted some sort of FAP emulator, put from another Tucson all exaust line, all sensors and still black smoke, limp mode under 2000rpm,lack of power after 3000rpm, after 2 weeks of hard work, the car arrived home ,like i said before,as she went firs time (a plecat bou si a venit vaca)

Sorry for the delay (monday was a big holiday in Romania) ! I have tried the bin from Alex but it's not ok. Now the car rev's slowly until 2500-2600 rpm , black smoke and still the same problem when the engine is cold i must keep the gas pressed for about 1 minute to gain in rev's. Can you give it another shot Alex or anyone else ? i haven't desoldered the pin's for the bdm yet !
    Regards Antmar

it's not the egr valve , with the last file sent by member alex the performance of the car is a little better but still doesn't run at all under 2000rpm. When the engine is cold has a white smoke and the engine sounds like choking. I still belive is a fap problem because i've checked everything twice
