I check the wiring and the switch, everything ok. But I think this fault is not important because the door not work absolutely. Have anybody any advice?

I know it's an old post, but 99% of door failures come from the in-door actuator that becomes slow or fails. It puts the door in failsafe mode and prohibits further operation until the door is serviced and the error reset with PP2000 or a BSI reset.

I hope I helped people that are looking into this similar problem.

I find it easier to use PP2000 to diagnose 1007 door problems. It's not that the software will tell you what's wrong, but you need to make a little scenario, first test it on the good working side and then you go to the bad door and whatever is not working in the scenario, that's where your problem usually lies.
