OPCOM Interface communication error

I have a new OPCOM (green plate with 8 releys) and this window appear when I try to make any diagnostic test. Firmware version is 1.39 and I I'am using 082010 and 081016 that came on CD with the cable.
BTW hardware test PASS and also when I use FUT everything is fine and all fields are fill with standard info like some working OPCOM.Also there is no reley CLICK and no window prompt for activation!

Some solution?

I had the same problem, what I done was put it in the rubbish and spent 30 quid on a new one and it worked

Yes that is the easy way but I want to repair the unit, maybe someone find the solution.

Hi , I had similar trouble with OPCOM firmware 1.39 (without relays version)...after connect to car (K line) every works ok,but for example connected to Astra H (CAN line) appears message: Interface Communication Error..Test interface done , FUT done ...I make reflash PIC and compare HEX with good file...no difference ...ok I was more search why do not work properly and I find reason ... GAL16V8D after replaced from new one OPCOM works fine ,,.I was try read GAL but no success, probably is secured ..My question is ..Is who have dump from GAL 16v8??? Thx

It is a good solution
But you can get it for mutch cheaper,under 30 usd,personaly I woud always pay a bit more to get more quality but that is hard to find,usualy you get same product for more money....
