Elsa win viewing wiring diagram pictures ptoblem

hi friends
i have Elsa win version 3.81 but i can not see wiring diagram pictures
i installed last version of SVGView but still have the problem and i uninstalled and re install but the still
i did not got any errors while installing and did not have any errors when running

any idea please

i attached pic of the wiring diagram screen

do you have update on internet explorer
newer version ?
and instal adobe acrobat reader

M8 you need to install SVGView and sure you will have no more problems

yes fiend i updated both of internet and adobe acrobat

i already solved the problem
1- go to ( C:\ElsaWin\bin ) elsawin.exe
2- in the properties menu select compatibility
3- see attached pictuer
4- select ok

Elsa icon click right button, run as administrator.

Sorry to dig this one up over 4 years later, did anyone resolve his problem, Ive still got a few WD's missing
