    Are you adding it as a single account?

    this is how to install a n line as MGCamd or as a CCcam,

    This is what your n line should look like

    N: test.dm800.com 12000 user1008 password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

    or

    cws = test.dm800.com 1200 user1008 password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

    Now Select;

    menu
    MGCamd Plug Setup
    Manage Config Files
    Newcamd.List
    Select Green (i think) to add

    set up single account
    host - test.dm800.com
    port - 12000
    user - user1008
    pass - password
    deskey - 0102030405060708091011121314

    the n line set up as cws would be like this

    cws = test.dm800.com 1200 user1008

    You can check it by following the above instructions again

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    To set the n line up to run as CCcam simly open notebook on computer, copy and paste your n line like this

    N: test.dm800.com 12000 user1008 password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

    Select to save the file as CCcam.cfg

    Stick it onto your usb dongle, plug dongle into box, select

    Menu
    Network
    CCcam Client Setup
    Update files by usb
    Manage Config Files
    Select the nline (to place a tick)
    exit back to tv
    Reboot.
    If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

    Same problem have been fightin with the box all day, googling and goin back n fourth. But i still cant get the mgcamd working. The cccam says its online but still shows the channel as scrambled, though my server does not recommend this. Hence why i think CCCam dont work.
    But the mgcamd does not do anything. Ive inputted the files through a usb, STBHD_LAN_MM and inputted the information manually through settings. And before you ask yes DHCP is ON. I can view free channels but cannot view other channels that have $ next to them. Help please i dont want to lose out

    Delete your ignore,priority and replace list off the box .do it from the mgcamd config menu.

    Select;

    menu
    MGCamd Plug Setup
    Manage Config Files

    just make sure your cws lines are in newcamd.list

    CWS_KEEPALIVE = 600
    CWS = server port user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 wan cardserv

    replace server,port,user,pass with your details

    Always reeboot box after any changes

    had same problem for three days did my head in.
    . Reboot the box .

    Regards Dave
