Default nissan pathfinder 2000 ,TMS inmo

Hi, I have to program a new key in a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder, remove Immo but I can not identify the model of the processor is a TMS and reading with the UPA or XPROG programmer and generate the transponder with the Tango.
Can anyone tell me which model of micro TMS?

I am speaking under correction but NATS 5 only after 2003 and the system must say step 2 ,4,5 on the label. If it is a diesel then you can bypass immo pm me and I will explain, if Step 2 then it is programmeble with t300 need no pin code just program new key and done . If step 4 then you need to read TMS chip and produce chip from dump it will take a pcf7935, hope it helps
    Cheers
    Shane
