    Default nikki

    Hello guys,
I'm searching for manuals for NIKKI LPG vaporizers and carburators, mechanicaly controled. Got any?

I have to set up a Nissan forklift which engine can't start because somebody messed up the mixture.

Other manufactures manuals are also welcome.

    Thanks.

    Well,
you tell me what I need!

Like I mentioned, some idiot messed up all the setting screws on the carburator and the vaporizer. Now the engine won't start. I think there is something wrong with the mixture.

In the manual everything is explained with some "monitor" device. I was hoping that there is some way to tune the engine without this.

How can I set up the air-LPG mixture?

    Hello
Kiki is supplier of Aisan and is also identical with Aisan
    Basic setting is proved:

Small screw with spring, on top of the Aisan-
    carburator:
Easy to clean touch-screw, then screw 2.5 revolutions Out
Lateral hexagonal nut on large cap (diaphragm stroke adjustment):
50-10 millimeter stroke (depending on engine).
Should now start the engine (slightly increased idle)
If not ; check the solenoid valves (gas supply and choke) are required
Or one of the valves or diaphragm is defective in the evaporator or dirty!
In the latter order repair kit and install
takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hour

i will look for picture for Aisan
    Try this !
Let me know whether the engine is running or not, please
    regards

google-translater(if do you not understand anythink ;ask me)

Thank you for your answer uzara.

I already did the complete overhaul of the vaporizer. Changed and cleaned everything. It still didn't work.
Now I have a 600 mbar presssure gauge to check the LPG pressure. Also I have to set up the little screw.
So I have to screw in the little screw on the top of the vaporizer fully in and then 2,5 turns out? (I don't quite understand your text).

    This is my vaporizer:

    Regarding the carburator...
Today I have copied the screw settings from one working carburator. Everthing else seems to be in working order.
Only thing I couldn't check is the bimetal chock.

    This is my carburator:

I have check the solenoid before. It's working.

Tomorow I'm going back to the field to install the parts on the forklift.
Hopefully there will be some change...

If you have any other suggestions I will check the topic later on.

    Best Regards

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM AND STARTED THE ENGINE.

    first step:

    1. I rotated the screw number 1 fully counter-clockwise.
    2. The screw number 2 I didn't touch.
    3. I turned in screw number 3 in such manner that only about 1 mm stayed outside the nut. (see picture)
    4. I turned in screw number 4 in such manner that the distance between screw head and the carburatuer body is 18 mm (see picture).

Now I could start the engine but it always run for only a few seconds.
    I still had a problem.

    second step:

It is actually this that was the problem...

This thing, the gouverner, is fitted underneath the carburetoer. It was faulty.
After the engine started, there was no vacuum to hold the butterfly open, so under engine running it closed and killed the engine.
There was no vacuum because the o- rings are worn out.
I removed the butterfly and the engine works fine.

I used screw number 4 to adjust the engine idle.

I hope this will help somebody.

    Regards
