No had this on wednesday i dint install it and it needed a password to uninstall it and it was blocking all websites.............

Ended up doing a fresh install and wiped everything.............

    Welcome to the forum m8..............

Found this it may help but then again....................

How do I uninstall Netintelligence (Home Access)

In order to uninstall Netintelligence you will have to create an account for the online control panel. If you have not created an account please see creating a login for more information on this. Alternatively, you can contact your Home Access support team who will be able to provide you with your uninstall password; contact details for Home Access providers can be found here.

Note: Netintelligence is not able to issue uninstall passwords to end users. These must be issued by the Home Access provider.

Netintelligence can be uninstalled using ;Remove a Program; from your Windows Control Panel.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Remove a program (Add or Remove Programs in Windows XP) -> Select Netintelligence from the list and double click it using the left mouse button.

When uninstalling Netintelligence, you will be prompted for your uninstall password. Your uninstall password can be obtained by double clicking on the Netintelligence Icon on your desktop and logging in to your online control panel. The password is then located under the support section as shown below.

I come across this, let me know if it works

Method 1: Uninstall Netintelligence thru Safe Mode.
Entering Safe Mode to force uninstall unwanted programs is proved to be a effective way, and you can try it to uninstall Netintelligence.

    1) Reboot your computer and then press F8 button instantly.

    2) Select Safe Mode, then click on Enter.

    3) Click on Start Menu and go to Run.

    4) Enter appwiz.cpl and click OK to open the programs list.

    5) Locate Netintelligence and click Remove.

    6) Reboot your PC again after following the prompts to complete the uninstall.

If the method with entering Safe Mode is too complicated for you to follow, there is the other choice you can use-to use a powerful uninstall tool. Best Uninstall Tool is highly recommended for you. With its Force Uninstall, you can force uninstall Netintelligence without entering a password. Moreover, you can use this tool to unlock and uninstall Netintelligence if you are a Windows 7 user.

Method 2: Uninstall Netintelligence with Best Uninstall Tool.
    1) Download and install Best Uninstall Tool.

    2) Operate it and scan through your computer first.

    3) Highlight Netintelligence in the list, and click Uninstall.

    4) Follow the prompts to complete the Netintelligence uninstall.
    EDIT: Link to program http://www.removetips.com/BestUninstallTool.php

This is possibly the only way that works without a password. First download this tool from here: LSP-Fix - a free program to repair damaged Winsock 2 stacks

Then search for services.msc on your computer

Then disable Netintelligence home edition client (or something similar) AND disable service monitor. You have to disable them both as quick as you can or they restart each other. Make sure you disable and not just stop or when you restart your computer they are set to automatic start.

At this point try to load a webpage and should have a netintelligence screen saying server could not be found (If not you weren't quick enough with the last step so disable them again)

Now open the tool you downloaded and click on I know what I am doing and then remove NIHLP.DLL.

Then reboot your computer and should be good to go.

I had to do this because was stopping my Itunes store connection and Google Chrome as well. Now both work perfectly.

P.S Tried doing it when in safe mode and using the best uninstall way but that just stopped me from connecting to the internet at all, because even if you delete it the monitoring part is not deleted. So it searches for the netintelligence, can't find it so just blocks every site.
