rns 315 v/s martech tool

I have a question, i need to decode a rns 315 by technisat
I have martech decode tool, but in the pdf there is a very complicated way to decode this unit.
you need to replace resistors on expander and short eep bla bla bla.

I think there is a easier way to do this unit with this tool (pdf is old i think)

I already searched the forum on the site, contacted martech but no response till now.

maybe someone have experience with this unit and maybe a new pdf or some handy tips.

if you have old expander v 1.x you must make modif

if you have clip rcdpro expander v2.0 no need modif just make wires and make good job

I have checked my expander and i have v1.1 i have this set for +/- 6 months, so i need to make mod

The reason why i asked is because i did a seat radio 2 moths ago (same as a rcd 310) and in the manual there was also a modification on the expander, when i post topic on their forum, i get answer that there is no need for expander any more they send me new connections and that worked without expander.
