Default Ford RDS EON 5000 Locked 10

    Dear forum members,
I fight with a Ford 5000 locked radio unit, I tried to solve the locked status with the trick with button "6" pressing , on the radio and hold 10-15-30 and more seconds, but nothing happen, the radio unit still display "Locked 10". I read the Motorola processor eeprom area, and tried with a stranger dump from a dump collection (FORD5000 code 8691.s19), but this radio with this dump shows "Locked 13"!
So I need help to clear from the original dump the Locked 10 status (error counter), the code I think is 9212.
The part number of the unit is: 96AP-18K876-CA.
    Thank is advance, best regards,
    Feri
