Default Jaguar s type ecu change

I have a Jaguar S type 1999 model,V6,3.0 litre ,the PCM 150 was faulty and i replaced it with another one.
Now my problem is that i need to synch the ecu with cluster and steering lock.when i hook up my AD100 i can program the keys (2) and the car cranks and i get SCP not configured.now when i try to use my JLR IDS and try to do a DTC read i get error in all the modules, cant get communication.tried JLR mangoose and it say all protocals returned negetive response.now how can ad100 program the key and JLR IDS fail communicating with the car?
Is there any other way of getting the immo, steering lock and ecu to synch some how?Or can some one point me in the direction of the communication module or the obd2 plug pinout on this car?
Or is it my IDS that is not good,i use the same VCM for FORD with no problems and i switch to JLR using the FLY SWITCH.
I have onother laptop and i try to run SDD and get to vin number i get XXXXXXXXX and when i write in the vin it says invalid pin.

    Makura,
    Did you solve this one?
Where is the immo located in this ECU?

not solved yet, when i try to initialize the security so that the new ecu can be in sync with immo, the software asks me to connect VMM wich i do not have, cant win with this one.Any way the immo is in the instrument cluster.
