Citroen C4 2008 RT4 stuck

Hello, I have Citroen C4 2008 with navigation screen stuck on message: "Please Insert Upgrade CD" in the middle CITROEN logo, and 2.13 in left bottom corner (see picture). It has internal HDD, so I suppose it must be RT4, the menu was going in circle, BUT on the unit RT3 is written...(see picture). I downloaded RT4 sw from here:

Software CD 8.20 RT4 RT5 Navidrive

Now, the screen is still the same, and the CD is spinning, but i can not remove it. Any help please?

I didn't dismantle it, before having any possible solution...

Try to do a hard reset by holding the dark button down until the unit switches off and reboots. When you burnt your upgrade disc at what speed did you burn it. You should at the lowest possible speed.

Friend one rt3 updated with a software rt4 not support should always monitor 8.xx 7.xx versions etc. ..
I know from experience I had a similar case
