Hello World, can any body assist me please.
SSM3 is the older version
Allscanner Blue type -- firmware 3.28
The issue is that after I apply the OEM Subaru driver install, the PcDiag.exe in SSM3 becomes corrupt and a warning/fault appears upon executing SSM3 stating [ENU.csv] was unabled to be opened.
After playing around with the file I can open the Menu selection but a window appears now telling me to activate the "allscanner" as I attempt to communicate with the vehicle.
p.s -- I believe I have been duded by my seller as I do believe I have a Clone. I have been using this interface with Techstream for over 12 months with no issues.
