I bought carprod of china, but I have a problem with it.after introducing the USB interface. program recognizes series, the interface. Open your carprog interface and check usb socket solderings. Some of them not properly soldered. Also you can try and change usb cable with known working one. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Glad you sorted it...Was it soldering or USB cable? Does yours reads eeproms 24c02/04 ?

I replaced the USB cable with a new one.I tried to read memory 24c/02, but externally, it reads and writes. not tried in the circuit, because not at hand now a montage of 24c02.The earliest opportunity, inform you if read in circuit, Thanks!

if you can make and upload some good quality photos of carprog main board wold be really nice, mine doesn't read 24cxx.

PLEASE buy an original carprog and U have not these problems anymore.

Mine ORIGINAL reads 24cxx without questioning !!

Here you are the high res pictures.
Mine doesn't read 24cxx (reads 00's) either and doesn't write 93cxx. At 93cxx writing problem, I found that carprog does not pull up wp pin to vdd when writing. All connections are ok. You can solve this by connecting wp pin of 93cxx to vdd.
24cxx problem is (in my opinion) is mcu software related.
I measured the waveforms at sda and scl pins. All are ok, slill it reads 00's.

Unfortunately for me it became a problem.
Green light is on, but the PC does not see the USB hardware.
I changed usb cable, but unfortunately it does not work.

How to repair?
