Edit: Augh it's flash, missunderstand, but you can download any EEPROM switch the PIN code in it (to yours from BSI), then you'll recieve EEPROM error but you can telecode it as "replace part" and the dump will be changed to ORI that you actually looking for - tested.

If.the eeprom can be any, but at least the same model of car.but then say the same pin-code in the bsi and the ecu, and then adapt it to the car.
