Renault Trafic not starting

Hello, got non starting renault trafic 2002, 1.9D dci. no fault codes in ecu, immo cant connect diagnosis. viewing live data in ecu immo says active (means armed?). central locking not work, turn signals not work, immo led in dash not work... all fuses ok. its neighbor car. he said sometimes when he stops and after some time comes back to car it dont starts, and central, turn signals not work at that time. he tows car home and next day it starts again without problems. and when starts everything working (central, turns). but it never cuts off on the run. now it stops for ever. cant found the problem, could be UCH faulty? any ideas or maybe someone had similar problem. thank you in advance

Resoldered UCH, connect, car starts, everything was working - central lock, turn signals, hazards, immo led in dash. starting about 20 times, everytime starts ok. come back after half hour to try, same problem - not starts again, nothing works...

Disconnect battery for 10 minutes and try?

check coil wires and ecu terminals !

1) Open hood
2) press thanks button
3) remove coolant bottle
4) wrench plastic lift of under hood fuse box
5) inside plastic box is a blue plug
6) grab the blue plug by the scruff of the neck and shout at it.
7) press thanks botton.

Disconnecting battery for 10 minutes didn't helped, still not starting, cleaned ecu connectors, and that blue connector uder plastic cover, nothing changed. decided that UCH faulty. when i bring uch after resoldering, hazard light button was left in position on. and when i push in connectors, hazards start working, interior light comes on and led in dash start blinking. and after half hour everything was not workin again. dont have a schematic, but i bet that wires to interior bulb comes from uch. checked plug on light, i have 3 wires. have ground, another must be 12v, and wire from uch, door control. now on wire that must have 12v, i have straight ground, and when i disconnect uch, ground is gone on that wire. so think something with uch.

if i get new UCH, is it enough to solder 93c66 from old module, to have working keys?

UCH was laying on the shelf after was removed when not working. dont do to it nothing. today connect back, everything working again. started car couple times. then removed wires from the body on both kick panels, everything still was working. put wires back, made good tighten and left car for a while and when come back, everything was not working again when its not working i still have ground and some 12v in the power connector.

Today neighbor bring brand new UCH. Soldered eeprom from old UCH, car starts and everything works all day. Hope problem solved. Thanks all for help.

I m again here with the same car All week car was starting and driving perfect, till this morning. she dont stars again. But not like before. now everything is working, just the immo light in the dash, when i turn ignition on, stays always on and car not starts. central locking from key works. launch x431 was saying no signal from antenna or key not recognised. after foult clear, they didnt come back anymore, but not starts anyway.live datastream was saying:

key code: no
immo active: yes

i already had dump fom uch, so calculated pin and tried program same key with x431. after procedure live datastream:
stored keys: 1
key code: yes
immo active: yes

still immo light on and not start. disconecting batery didnt helped.
bring T-300 tool and fun begins. connected to obd, turned ignition on. immo light always on... found in menu trafic II, and just entered in that menu, immo light comes off, try to start- it start. dont did any programing with t-300, just entered menu... now car starts all the time again, not sure how long...
Im CONFUSED. T-300 magic tool??? anyone can explain me what happened?
