Default 2012 mini R60 cas location

    Hello,

Can someone conform the location of the cas unit in a mini countryman 2012 ?
Is it under the upper dash panel as like the older models?

Dp3 obd doesn't recognise the software version, so i have to take it out.

    thanks

I did mini's before, some older types 2009, 2010, always stripping out because i didn't had the obd option earlier.

but this is the first time i did a R60.
The dash is totally naked, center console is loose, airbag, the nav screen in the centre is out, left and right ventilation is out, also the big bolts left and right.
i think i have all screws out now, the only thing i'm not sure about if there are srews in the front window ventilation vent.
it seems i can not pull out this vent to have a look.

i can pull the dash up on both sides and if i pull it goes a little bit to the front but it seems to be held back a little in the middle.

Maybe i'm too carefull with it considering this car is only one month old.

    Hi

Take a look on window ventilation in the middle , you must remove two small plastic on the left and right and you will find the screw .

    Best Regards
