CarProg original add key help

Does anybody knows when original key is lost for VW Golf V year 2007 , can I program New key without original key with Carprog Vagkey software, or must be taken off instrument cluster and read eeprom?

If dash is with Micronas You can,
but if You see the message "Unknow version or Immo Active" you must prepare eeprom 24c32
S7.8 VW 2007+ by OBD - Golf, Passat, Eos, Touran, Tiguan, Octavia with Micronas by diagnostic

Use better tool for this job,car prog is weak in key programing.
