How can i used my clone interface with 7.49? ive installed it ok but it wants to reflash unit

dk hello good morning, I have a problem opening diagbox,
Activation asked me now I give to cancel and did not open.
and give it to activate it fails and does not work on internet.
full uninstall and I started from scratch again
but when I go to activate it manually skip a mistake.
can help

solvent
1) Use Cleaner DiagBox, then clean files from previous installations failed the DiagBox
2) Run CCleaner to clean registry
3) Go to: Windows Start / run then type "regedit" and check if you see some log files named "Diagbox" or "actia" folders HKEY_CURRENT_USER HKEY_LOCAL machines and users, then delete manualy
4) Check if the drivers are properly installed, the wi-fi card in the PC-Laptop
5) Check if the installed driver LAN card right
6) Turn on wi-fi, connect the network card to connect to the ineternet DiagBox ALL times during installation

take out the interface from usb and recconect...and will be ok
