I think, even if you have all three of them, you still have holes in your coverage, especially for programming.
All 3 have good diagnostic coverage for european cars. You can try to find the coverage lists for them to see, what they can do and where they differ, and if this difference is important for you.

Some thoughts:
Autocom is cheap, but quality from china may vary (do you like to play lottery?).
Launch has big coverage, handheld device.
Multidiag has passthru capability and can be used with many oem softwares beside the MDO.
Chinese Autocom and Launch software is up to date, the chinese Multidiag software is old.

Not in china i think. The problem is not finding the software, but make the interface working with it. You need a matching dump or a programmed ic and resolder it to the interface.
