first you have to get pin code for both ecu, then mount your new ecu go to engine, programming and reset ecu you will be asked to enter pin code for this ecu, one time ecu rested go to immobilizer, programming, security code, here enter your car code and you will find program ecm highlited and then done

To get pin from replacement ECU you can use vin to get it from dealers or read chip95320 inside and post dump.Vin you can read with opcom

the most important is to have the pin for the 'new' ECU, or ECU to be in reset state, if not have it may reset it using carprog, then the procedure is very easy, install 'new' ECU, go to instrument and read pin, in imobiliser program 'new' ECU, then go to instrument, reset, then reprogram, at the end BCM reset and reprogram and that's all...
if not have way to read pin or reset ECU, you may read VIN from it using op-com and ask the pin from dealer...

    Good luck!

I'm back for my opel corsa.
    Year=2001, engine=Y17DTL
-I got immobiliser security code=5665, programmed a transponder key , no fault in immobiliser.
-I got new ecu pin by reading with carprog, pin=2761
-I tried to reset ecu in carprog , but how to know if ecu is virgin now.

As you say next step is
1-program new ecu in immo(special function , ecu replaced)
    2-reset instrument
    3-Program instrument
    4-Reset bcm
    5-program bcm

    am I rigth ?
    Now I have some problems
Security wait time is active in immobiliser, how to reset it.
VIN have to be programmed in bcm with 8 digit.

Yes now you must leave the car switched on for the time shown or more if you lucky it will reset itself but remember to put an extra battery on for the time the car is on or the batt may go flat---Good luck-

    Yes,
    Worked well and car started.
After timout , I went to immo and select 'engine ecu replacef', then bcm and instrument reset and program
Car is runing , but a fault is coming in instrument ecu : Security code not programmed', intermitent fault.
