download mpeg-4 to psp

hi can anyone tell me how to put mpeg-4 files onto a psp so that the psp will play it. at the moment the psp does not see any videos . i created a psp folder, inside this a music folder, a photo folder and a video folder. i put the mp3 files into the music folder and they play no problem , the same with the photos but the psp does not recognise the video files at all. any ideas please
