GM MDI Questions

Hello

Can anyone tell me if i can use Service programing Sistem with GM MDI or Tech2 ?
What software do i have to install. Global Tis, Tis2web , Tis 2000 ?
The files for programing are in database of software or only online ?
It.s possible to do programing (Reprograming ecu, replace ecu, CIM , etc) offline or i heve to login to tis2web ?
I want to use GM MDI or TECH2 for module programing. What do i heve to know ?
I want all these for OPEL

SPS will work with either UP to around 07/08 in US cars. MDI only for 08 and up. No more offline programming unless you have the cd version of sps.

Set Global Tis and work in offline mode without the server GM.
Work will Tech2 and GM MDI.
Tis 2000 is obsolete!
As far as I remember on this website there are people who will make you a license and activate the Global Tis.

If you work on Opel you can use Globaltis..and it nearly Free.
But remember buy ORIGINAL MDI ONLY. NO CLONE Stuff.

IF you work on GM NAO...ONLINE is the only way to go. Newest version of TIS2000 is 2009 i think. What happen if that car already update the software to 2012..then u reprogram it with old calibration...

Anybody has a chance to use Chinese clone of MDI .Is it working or better do not buy a clone?

Chines clone of MDI is shit..... I f you want it for sps then there are may other options available, if you want it for diag of latest cars then buy original.

I have original mdi had lots off issue.tis2 web wont recognise it but mdi manger and tech2win work ok,stupid java update,if you update java mdi stop working. then reinstall everything to work.i bought it last year in nov. already sent it back to us for repir quit working while using.l;aptop would say usb devive not recogine .pain in the ass.if you have tech2 don't bother buying mdi buy drewtech j2534.when I get my mdi back from spx I would sell it ebay.pi**ed off.

Hi Clautosing, I use MDi to SPS all my cars. It can be used for cars from 1996. I use it on TIS 2 web and Tis 2000. I find if you have many other different software for other tools , they do tend to conflict. Please give me a price on your MDI.

hey All i have original MDI with online subscription and its working very well from 1996 to till date .. if you guy want to do online programming for you , i will do it for free via team viewer , be sure that you have original tech2 or MDI , original device only work with online Subscription

Get a avdi cracks free or theres a driver for cardaq or the driver works on the gm only for 500 us and the software toolbox 3 is activated good for crysler and ford. The clone sucks and some have same serial the gm us is blocking.
