I don't understand your problem. Just use clip or solder wires in circuit. You have description in help contens.

You open your UPA USB software, click on ''Help'' tab, select ''Contents''. Look in that PDF, there's all info you need. Alternatively you can download datasheet for the named eeprom from internet (try ''google'') and connect according to their pinout. Good luck.
