Default Fiesta 1.4 Tdci ECU issue

    Hallo friends

    I have a problem.
My colleague and friend in car'repair filed, have a fault with Fiesta 1.4 Tdci.
After injector rebuild the car won't start.
A P0606 error come on and the ecu can't drive the injector, the starter work but engine wont' fire up.
So He tried to search a used ecu from local scrapyard.
After sourcing the ecu , another guy with ecu expertise, swap the 93C56 and 29F400 from old ecu to used ecu, but
a lock light come on in the dashboard and the starter doesn't work.
So he ask me to help and after i've heard the whole story I tried with my IDS and AVDI to do a reset of ecu and key learning.
But the keylearning procedure fail with error.
I've tried several option with no joy.
In the ECU memory there are a couple of error, like no key memorised or data mismatch error.
I haven't do the initial work of eprom and flash swap, so i can't assure you if the work was done
    properly.
Ninja123 try to help me and i'm very grateful to him. Many thanks.
He suggest me to rewrite also the dashboard, with a the file taken from the same dashboard of car' donor ecu.
Unfourtunately there is only the ecu.
Someone have a complete set of file of similar Fiesta?
I mean dump from Dashboard,Ecu eprom and Flasheprom.
    The Fiesta is a 2003 1.4Tdci with SID 802 ecu. Number: 2S6A-12A650-BG 5WS40027G-T
Which tool i have to use to write via OBD the file in Engine ECU?
Which immobilizer data are memorized in 29F400 flash?
I ask you because i have read that someone can reset rollingcode in ecu.
I kindly ask to DK ecu expert some advice and help.
    Greetings

    Hallo friend.

Many thanks for your help.Unfourtunately i haven't a flash eprom programmer (only UPA and X-prog).
But I've resolved the issue in this way:
First for all I've checked in Ford IDS for newer calibration file but there wasn't any new calibration for this ecm.
So I've tried with the IDS option , install new ecm.
With this option IDS have reflashed the ecm taken from skrapyard.
So the IDS think it was a new ecm' install.
IDS reflash the ecm without errors.
During reflash the IDS ask if the car have PATS.
After reflash the DTC about data mismatch disappeared.
Only a dtc regarding keys are memorized in ecu.
With the help of key learning' function in AVDI i've re-learned the keys.
    And now the procedure work!!!
The locked light on the dashboard go away and the car start without
    problems.
Hope my experience will be useful.
    Thank you to all

did you try with ids to dash initlization after new ecu. because the dash is the security module for the PATS system on fiesta not the ecu.
