Question Help please, Audi A3 2.0l tdi P2002; P0473-" DPF" light on dash"

    Hi friend

    I have an audi A3 S-line 2.0l engine code BMN, year 2008 with 36790 km, i have DTC: P2002, P0473-"DPF" light on dash ".
Was to see the actual data of the DPF:
    temperature pre-turbo - 162 ? c
exhaust gas temperature before the DPF - 150 ? C
charge state on DPF - 20%
    exhaust gas temperature after DPF - 111 ? C
Sometimes the car lost power, sometimes reacts normally.
knowing that regeneration should be done when the state of charge particle filter is 40% or more limited "60% ... 70%......"
Now ask blame the DPF or the differential pressure sensor to fail?
    Did well to force regeneration?

    suggestions please!!!
    Thank in advance

P0473 means the signal from the differential pressure sensor is too high.
I would start with checking the signal of the differential pressure sensor against the actual differential pressure.

charge state on DPF must be below 10% in order to dpf light go off

I think it is a good generation of car should. The number of passengers in the car when the air conditioning is on full capacity above 4000 rpm to pry up the slope. DPF light is illuminated on the display car should not stand. You need to generation. the car can not do full capacity, generation, generation can easily garage. I do not think will improve the occupancy rate has exceeded 80% over the particle. I would recommend you to cancellation of the particle.

Have a good look at your differential pressure sensor, I have changed many on this model, it is a common part to fail.

You will right, the senzor is named G 450 in electrical diagram, and he suffer better improvement, try to new senzor (acording to ETKA numbers ) and make service regeneration, or just made DPF OFF and all problems regarding DPF will be lost for ever

If ash % data is over the limit than force regeneration is no more possible.Try to wash DPF filter restore the information in ECU (new DPF filter)
and than you can try force regeneration.
