HELLO DEAR,
MY CUSTOMER LOST HIS HUMMER 2 TRANSPONDER KEY,2003 MODEL. AND I WAS TOLD TO GET ANOTHER KEY AND PROGRAM IT SO THAT THE HUMMER WILL START. NOW MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DONT KNOW THE PARTICULAR CHIP ID HUMMER 2(2003 MODEL) USES.
PLEASE CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IT TRANSPONDER KEY CHIP ID AND IF POSSIBLE TELL ME HOW TO PROGRAM IT.

I see H2 has transponder only after 2008.
Check the ignition barrel to see if it has antenna on it. In that way you will know for sure if it has transponder.

hummer have passlock sytem if you need good emulator for make immo off this car contact newrokies
(they dont ship off USA) and recode with it ......
i was in trouble with a H3 some tyme ago and the only system for make it work propely is that
(dont waste time and money with the passlock emulator on ebay they dont solve the problem.

Key dont have transponder, it has a presision resistor inside ignition comuntator, if you tried to make key by dissabling ignition key cilinder a security system brokes this resistor and car dont start, two solutions you have: 1- install new ignition comuntator and make key sincronization following the 600 segs mode or dissasembly carefully ign comuntator and see the little resistor inside, generally is grease hidden, check carefully, measure it and replace with same value a 5% tolerance is aceptable, thats all.
