    Desolder the 68hc11 or minimal lift reset, boot, RX and TX pins.

    To switch MCU operating mode from operation to boot mode for programmer read/write, HC11 MODA and MODB pins need to pull down from 5v to 0. Theoretically on this case UPA has too weak pull down power on pin6 to MODB pin. On the other hand the circuit has too strong 5v fed to MODB pin. Some possibilities to do

    1. lift up the problem pin, MODB
    2. try jumping MODB directly to GND and leave UPA pin6 alone
    3. remove and read/write on an adapter
    4. find the way to increase pull down power to UPA of some pins and stay read/write in circuit as normal

    When I read this mcu I lift all pins except VDD and VCC. My original UPA just can?t do it in circuit.

    Hello guys

    Sorry for my late answer i had much work at the Moment.

    Thanks for all the answers and all tips.

    But i have bad news.

    I have try to lift up the modb pin with no work )o;

    Then i have try to put the the modb pin with a resistor to ground and leave the pin 6 from the upa disconnectet and also try with connectet, but also not work.

    Then i have solder it out and but it in the adapter but then i comes a error of Pin 7 Reset to high.

    Now i think something is wrog with my upa clone but eeprom reading writing works without problems i have try a ST95080.

    Mabye sombodoy have a dump for the upa?

    Thanks

    what adapter? ready adapter for F1? don't know if it exists. Reset high can be a sign of non oscillated xtal. xtal plus a resistor of 10Mohm in parallel? it's a must!
