Default 2005 Transit 2.0DI Diesel pump problem

I've got a 05 2.0 DI transit that's had wrong or dodgy fuel put it in and will no longer start, been told it needs the fuel pump replacing not sure how true that is? stuck a new battery on it as its been stood for a while and read the fault codes which are as follows -

P1666 - Injection Pump Control Module/ECM Crank Reference Synchronization
    P0149 - Fuel Timing Error
P1564 - Injection Pump Control Module Requesting Reduced Fueling

Instrument (Instrument - HEC (Hybrid Electronic Cluster))
    DTC Description
    B1359 - Ignition Run/Acc Circuit Failure

Restraints (Airbag - RCM (Restraint systems control module))
    DTC Description
    B1318 - Low battery voltage

Multifunction (Central Security Module - CSM (Central Security Module))
    DTC Description
B2550 - Dome Lamp Output Circuit Short to Ground

Would missfueling cause the pump to be that badly damaged it needed replacing or can I get this started again somehow?

I can help you but only if you want me to help you
All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.
