Default 2004 Opel Combo fuel pump

My friend has had to put a second hand fuel pump on his vauxhall/opel combo van. He says it won't start now. Does anyone know if it will need coding and if so how?? I have opcom and autocom and he has the code key. Thanks. Dave.

Hi, no needed coding, with OpCom you can activate the pump.

    hi dave

i got called to a combo other month with same problem
    wouldnt start
    they replaced fuel pump
    still same
look on the back of the engine from under the car you need to take the fuel pump ecu off and split it open
there will be a few dry joints in here
do your thing and reassemble and replace
the car will fire up then
