all of them have 16 pin and 10 pin socket, just look behind 16 pin socket there is white 10 pin socket(attached to same metal plate)

16 pin obd is for key programming and 10 pin is for remote.

    regards

ninja, i done this 2x RM program for the customer not long ago it work ok,it depend what system u working on,may be u can try the two option below.

    1
. Remove the dash shroud. (4 screws)
    2. Behind the ashtray is the ETACS module, it's the computer that controls the alarm, turn signals, basically everything that doesn't make the car move.
    3. There’s a very small DIP switch somewhere on the module, with a 1 and 2. Flip the corresponding switch for the remote, if you're replacing #1, flip the switch with the 1. Might as well do both, but one at a time.
    4. After you flipped the switch, press a button on the remote. Flip it back. Now do the other switch and remote.

    *
ETACS= Electronic Time Alarm Control System *

    1. ENSURE MEMORY SWITCH IS IN OFF POSITION.

    2. TURN IGNITON TO ON

    3. WAIT 5 SECONDS, SET MEMORY SWITCH TO SET POSITION.

    4. PUSH REMOTE LCOK BUTTON TO SEND CODE TO ALARM SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE

    5. TO PROGRAM 2ND REMOTE: PRESS 2ND REMOTE LOCK BUTTON

    6. SET MEMORY SWITCH TO OFF POSITION

    7. TURN IGNITION TO OFF

    8. CONFIRM PROGRAMMING BY LOCKING AND UNLOCKING CAR WITH BOTH REMOTES

    11. REFIT ALL COMPONENTS IN RECERSE ORDER OF REMOVALONLY 2 REMOTES CAN BE PROGRAMMED AT ONCE

    good luck

    UPDATE:

Got this sorted in the end, the ONLY tool that would add 2 transponder keys was SBB!!!

I found the remote control receiver box, moved dip switch to 'SET' and programmed both remote controls

If this santa fe is usa product and remote frequency is 315 mhz, it is very easy to program via OBD2 by,T300, SBB,X100,
    I do that daily,regards.

    SBB is - CK100.
How to do it? On display ck100 turn ignition on, after that turn ignition off, after that displays ecu not found.

    Need remove key after that?

    Santa fe is europe.

    Thanks.
