    Default faulty starview box

    hi guys ive just picked up a faulty starview box accorrding to the customer she was told that the box isnt saving keys and a component inside needs replaced.

    any ideas with the componet would be.? and is it common.?

    ive just tested it and its saving keys but theres no channels apart from some radio channels and the time and date is back to 1st of jan at 1pm

    would REALLY help if we knew what s/view it is,1,2 3super or 4usb. come on mate,give us a clue.....ynwa.

    it looks like 1,2 and 3 doesnt say on the box wot it is

    no just says star view on the left hand side.?

    original starview then do a factory reset then reflash with latest image good luck should work fine

    how do i flash a starview never done it and what would be the right image for it?

    9 out of ten times if it is a component problem it wsill probably be a leaking capacitor inside. but do as the guys said first and do a flash.
