Renault Carminat DVD software CD

Hello gentlemen,

I have a problem with Carminat navigation DVD in my Renault Koleos 2008 that I bought. I performed a software upgrade navigation (software CD V30). All 4 steps in the upgrade went without any errors. After the restart, it does not accept the map navigation DVD. However, when I post again cd software V30, perform the upgrade again, like the first time. Later I read on forum that the update CD V30 is not designed for Koleos :-(.

I think that would help upgrade the correct software cd, unfortunately I can not get him anywhere. I tried a version of the software CD V31, V32, V32.1, and nothing helps.

Navigation lists M9R12023 version.


Please advice what to do.
