I have to clone a ECU from a bmw e36 ms40.1.
I changed the flash 28f512 .
Changing the flash it is enough?

If I put the flash in the new ecu , the flash is already paired with ews, no?
Why i doesn't start?
With the old ecu,and same flash the car starts .
The problem in the old ecu, is the engine not accelerate.

Did you use a BMW compatible scanner (like INPA, GT1, SSS) and read any code? Try alignment again. And make sure the VIN and ISN are same. If you don't know how to verify VIN and ISN, post the dumps.

The e36 is 1994 year .
It hasn't ews II. it has kba 9540 box.
How can i disconnect the kba 9540 box?

I don't have experience with kba box
But I'm sure you can google that easily.
Or you find find an older red DME and it will start the car because it has no immo system
