Default Megane 2 power steering fault DF035 and DF002

    Hello,
Can anyone please help me with my renault megane 2 power steering. (8200 246 613B) 50300374 (LHD)
I have "STEERING FAULT" on dash and DF035 and DF002 errors (sterring is stiff)
I can't do calibration of steering angle with clip.
If I try fo fill 24C16 with all-FFs (as some suggest) than I get unrecognised ECU.
Can someone please help me with obtaining vergin or working dump for this ecu.

    Thank you.

My Scenic had the same faults as above
    DF035 and DF002
I tried this dump & the fault did not appear on the dash until I touched the steering wheel! So this did not work.
I can edit the file in clip so it has programed correctly
Has anyone got a working file for :
    TRW 8200 035 273
mine is here if you can correct it or post a virgin.
    many thanks.

Just thought I would bump this before I go buy another unit. Unless someone can tell us how to fix it?

If anyone has df035 problem it's recommended to check mosfet area for cracked solder joints

I can confirm, that dump from post #5 works fine. VIN number is different, of course, but it doesn't matter. I have Scenic with power steering #8200035272 and DTCs df002 and df035. I believe, that cracked mosfets soldering (as it was told in post #10) causes df035 and as a result df002 is stored too. And df002 often can not be erased, therefore 24c16 dump must be corrected.

Can anyone post a picture of where on the board we need to check for solder joints?
    Thanks

All places where power components and jumper tracks are soldered.
Transistors, relays, places where they are connected to the motor.
Or at least those places where there are traces of ring cracks in the soldering places.
