the 28e non-fta ones are gradually disappearing and will be gone soon
as for a channel list, depends on the box and you didnt say

its a skybox f3s already use aj any other way of getting hd apart from becoming a sly customer

we have an openbox/skybox forum for these boxes so check in there
but discussion of decoding of those channels is not permitted here, check the rules
