BEWARE OF SMELECOM UK DEALER sells can blockers that do not work and waste your time

I have purchased several BMW can blockers from this Guy (C**k) and none of them work and yet this gay keeps repeating like a parrot that they are fine and I am the problem ! and will not accept that he is selling faulty blockers and wasting peoples time.

He will not exchange them for working ones instead he will send out more none working blockers.
so that you can waste more of your time

This gay does not let you get a word in when explaining the problem and if anything makes the situation worse by being rude and simply stupid.

Please feel free to share your experience about this company

I've used this reseller which you speak of for over 4 years and this guy does his best to help his customers , he Myt be a bit posh but that doesent make him gay ., I've never had a problem with his blockers or any of his equipment ,he's an honest guy and if something isn't working properly he has the guts to say so and tell you the truth , unlike other company's he has often taken my calls after business hours and tried his best to help me

If it's the cockney one , I'd say he is ok as a reseller , A he isn't patronising like another B I can understand him on the phone and C he is helpful on the whole

There is only one Smelecom dealer in the UK. They are fine & you must be the problem. I would suggest that when you eventually work out how to install these blockers properly, you apologise to him, These blockers work perfectly.

wiring up 6 wires according to their instructions isnt rocket science, how am I the problem ? can you explain !

Yes I can. You're wiring it wrong. It might not be rocket science but it's obviously causing you difficulty but no one else. And to put a post on this forum slagging off one of the biggest resellers in this industry, is opening yourself up to all sorts of criticism. So far I can't see anyone in agreement with you.

There isn't another one. There is only one authorised Smelecom agent in the UK & he's in London. If you're buying "Smelecom" products from someone else there's your answer.
