If I put all fffff in EEPROM might work? Need to disconnect something ?

If i'm not wrong fill FF on eeprom only work in this honda ecus from 1995 to 1998, after this date need emulator... but maybe some guy have other solution

I removed the EEPROM 93lc46 and drive 2 days and today in the middle of driving turn off and now don't start
After I remove the EEPROM car didn't do more then 3000 rpm
Do you think that car doesn't start now because the immo ?
