Read/Write SIM32 ECM

Hello, I have Renault Kangoo with Siemens SIM32 engine control module (ECU number - S120201212). I need to read the old ECU information and write it to the new ECM. The problem is that my Fgtech V54 China clone wont read this ECU.

If someone know, I would like to ask an advice which China clone (Piasini, K-Tag etc.) would read and write this ECU?

fiat-renault tool from smok,can do that.
on the other hand desolder,and read by programmer (willem with adapter will be ok for that).

Thanks for your anwser, but I'm talking about SIM32, not Sirius, as I know there are no flash to read with willem, information is stored in Hitachi CPU...
