No communications without answers etc .. too bad

Happened to me too...trust me you way better not buying anything from them..even if they did send it, you would have no support at all.I think you only allowed to read 10 eeprom per day i think, so even if u get a bad read it will start to count down.

i ordered from them the obd tool, communication with the seller is slow, but product is good, no complaints, its not true that you are only allowed to read 10 eeprom a day, there is a countdown from 10 and when you reach 0 you just have to connect to there server and gives you another 10 credits, there is no limit but you have to connect every 10 reads

Ok..Did not know that..What about the part where you are forced to update the tool ever year and if you don't...the tool become useless after 365 days.

dont panic i buy one end of 2014 and got the toll in 5 days when paid by pay pal.

i had astra 2012 airbag with XC2361A-56F read write flash and eep. no problems

after 365 you dont get any new software updates but tool still works, just like all other companies they give you 1 year free updates and then its payable

I had ask them before and they said yea one year free update but after the one year is finish and u don't pay to update it the next year and after, the programmer wont work.

Ask them if u don't pay to update the tool after one year if u will be able to use it.

too bad now, does not respond emails without our communications with buyer.
Bought with paypal, 530 eur, paypal = ok debited money from my bank.
No emails, no answers, I decided quickly buy DHL 4 days to send 16/01/2015 + money = false.
I am very concerned, seems ghost company.
