Default How to clear Nissan/Infiniti DTC P1610 NATS locked immobilser?

I need info on how to clear this code. In the past when a customer has tried to start the car with a non transponder key it will lock the immo. A programmed key must be cycled three times again to get the car to start. I cannot clear the P1610 trouble code with my Maxisys. I've been told to leave the key in the on position hooked to jumper cables for 1 hour and that should clear it, but no luck.
Customer has to take it to a Nissan dealer and they can clear it. What are they using? Will the Consult 1,2,3 or 4 or AVDI or any OEM or chinese tool clear this one code?

A search of DK and other sources give 3 options. Leave ignition on for 1 hour or disconnect battery or use existing programmed key and cycle 3 times. I have tried option 1 and 2 with no luck and 3 is not an option when customer has lost all keys. I do not see a 4th option when searching DK.

A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection
