Kia Cee'd 2008 Flip key remote programming

What tool can accomplish this task?
I highly doubt it is manual procedure.

unless AVDI have magical update / or this is 7941 etc -
i recommend AVDI with main-dealer GDS passthro - You dont get much except for diagnostics AND remote programming.
But assuming cos dealer u wont get stuck (he said)

To update you guys.

I could program IMMO with SBB,but not the remote.
It couldn't connect as Kia Cee'd.
Tried as Kia Sportage,it entered the procedure,but the seller gave me the wrong remote.

The right remote for this car is Omron OKA-185T CE0682.

I was given the remote Shenchang SEKS-AM08FTx.

Just wanted to give you guys an input about my case.

I lost my remote key fob for my UK KIA Pro Ceed 2008 do you think this key would be the correct one for me too?

I read on Internet I could maually re-program the key fob my self via:

Insert key and turn to on
Wind down driver window
Remove key
Open bonnet
Open diagnostic panel (not sure where it is on a Ceed)
Short pin 4 "counting from left" (rear row) with pin 8 "counting from left" (middle row) with insulated wire
Insert key and turn to on
Press Lock button twice
When chime operates the programming is complete
Repeat previous 2 steps for other keyfobs
Remove key
Remove wire from diagnostic panel
