Question Renault Trafic 2.0 DTI - Unable to program injector codes

    Hy all DK members,

I got myself a bit of a situation. Car is 2009 EDC 16C33 2.0 DTI - Same engine as Opel Vivaro .

Problem for me is IMA codes- Only fault is injector codes not learnd.

I try : Tech 2 - Vauxhall Vivaro - all injector codes put in no luck - Injector code programming failed.
Autocom - Injector codes failed to learn
    Launch Diagun X431 - failed
FVDI - Renault Trafic - IMA codes - FAILED

i reset all ECU parameters, everything.... still no luck

I dont know what's next.. .. Car was in a garage, all was fine until somebody erase all injector codes but i dont really know what tool he used to erase them.

Anyway ...wich is the best solution to fix this ? or any advice would be much appreciate.

    Thank you in advantage. John

Try unplugging the injectors and anything else luring around, glow plug, map egr etc then repeat experiment

I already did that when i was trying to check wich is the order of the injectors 1 2 3 4 . Unplucg mass unplug EGR unplug Fuel pressure.... preety much everything . Still same. Dont accept injector codes.

I am wondering what if the other guy from other garage try to read ECU by OBD ... or try to identify the ECU ... this would make the ECU to loose injector codes ....wich most likely are in the FLASH not in eeprom .

I would get the car tonight to try more things on it... i would start by reflashing using a file from a trafic from DK forum.... hmmm

    Any other ideeas ?

    Thank you again

You can try to reprogram the ecu with clip and reprogram DVD and then try to enter injector codes.

Or make the ecu virgin (by reprogram the eeprom manually) and than try to enter injectors.

This would be an option to get to fix the problem.

Is there any solution like Galleto V54 to write injector codes file by OBD ? I have read something like that but i am unsure if it is by BDM or by OBD .

I have Renault CLIP but at the moment is not working because an update brick my CLIP interface .

Did somebody experience this before with Galleto on Renault 2.0 Engines ?

I read that galleto make a backup with injector codes . i neveer used it to backup injector codes...that's why i ask .

    BR .

Dense question, nothing to loose, try 00000000000000 as the code and/or fffffffffffffffff. Then try again.

caps lock, think had a ****o ecu, saud fail, live data correct code.

just do one at a time

The best choice in this case is CAN CLIP, because it supports you during the writing the code if you pick wrong number or letter.
