    Maybe you don' t understand,
    about pcb:
we change the bad components of china v54 pcb with better quality (components).

v48 is different pcb and it can' t be same with v54...

0475 is the firmware-software and cooperates flawlessly with v54 pcb.

v48 it's no longer on the market. only v54.

"simply" rework the components of v54 pcb (hw) and update the firmware from 0386 to 0475 if needed, because sοme sellers (ebay-aliexpress) have already the 0475.

of course we need and good luck with these china copies...

I am waiting the converter usb to ttl and I will try to upgrade...

The fix .etp and .bin used after reflash hex 0475 with lpc...it use at the end, for the communication software 0475 with ftdi v54.
    1 flash file .hex
2 unistall old drivers and then old software 0386
3 install software 0475 and new drivers
    4 use the 2 fix tool ...

Hi , did this a couple of days ago and tested the flasher with OK results (OBD).

First, you flash the .hex 0472 using the lpc Flash utility. Then using a TTL adapter (i used a FTDI ft232R) you write the epprom 0472 file configuration.
Then i used the 0472 eobd program with success. If you use FTDI adapter BE CAREFUL not to write eeprom file on the usb2ser adapter instead of Fgtech tool... (Unplug the adapter before writing)

    I am confused...
Did you use ttl adapter to flash .hex and then the ftdi eeprom(.ept-bin)? with same ttl adapter?
How connect the wires for the write eeprom ftdi?
I think the eeprom (ftdi) can write-read from the existing socket of v54 to usb of pc...with mprog and ftreadwrite...
and use ttl adapter only for flash mcu-lpc (.hex).
    I am wrong?
