I have the pleasure of a 2005 LDV maxus. Very smoky MOT Fail. Black smoke/ over fuelling. I am struggling with a tool to interrogate Engine. Snap on (no) launch (no) Delphi (no) KTS (no). all will go in with OBD no fault codes and but gives garbage in live data. Its a VM engine with EDC 16 so have tried various fiat diesels no joy. its a similar engine in voyager I think. any had any joy with these.
