You must take off Component Protection. First read Gateway eeprom and then load it to VVDI2 in CP menu. Then adjust mileage. But cant tell you if this year dash will work.

I have dash in normal state. I was trying to manually change immodata and write it (earase lost key, change key count). As I can see I can not do it. VVDI2 read immodata good. So the problem is when I would like to change to another RB8 dash and write immoblock ?? Somebody tried ??

So use VVDI2 CP Menus to adapt then,

This is newer year then what is listed for CP, I was hoping this will work.

So no one is sure if 2014 Cluster Adaption can work.

I don't have gateway of replacement cluster, only have gateway of original A6 2014.

I just get message "Can not enter diag mode, please check the connection with car". Of course I switched light and pressed brake pad a few times, this didnt change anything. I read bcm2 again by orange5, c flash is ok, but d flash has all FFFF. Could someone look on vvdi file and tell me if it looks ok?

You are right, there is 95320 I didnt see it at first time, but still my eprom was corrupted, that it is the reason why vvdi coudnt enter in KP mode. Sergey from info.autokey.by fixed my eprom and manually enter in KP mode, so I could learn key. When key was learnt, I read 95320 again and he changed data for removing KP mode. The car starts

You cannot write anything when you have immo in normal state(06). Change to 04 and you should be able to write to it.

Immo state must be "0". VVDI2 change state correctly but cant write Immodata good.

This week i had E61`10 resurrection with stolen CAS and LM modules. Had to pair used CAS3 (ISTAP version) to car with ISN from ECU using VVDI Prog and learn 2 new keys with VVDI2 to get car started (all keys lost scenario). All worked perfectly.

One thing that got me stuck for an hour was that i couldn't SYNC DDE-CAS with ignition ON. VVDI2 was showing that "DDE-CAS sync not possible", and that is not mentioned in VVDI2 BMW manual.

I have been working with VVDI2 for almost a week now and i have to say it is GREAT tool to have. Capable to do a lot...
Thanks XHORSE and user: Maartinj from whom i got it.

I have a Porsche Boxster 2011 Spare key to program. It has a I'd 46 remote key. I can find very little info on how to go about programming this key. I have full vvdi2 with Porsche My questions are
Do I need to preprogram key (dealer key)
Will Vvdi do this by obd.
If not what modual holds the key data and what will read it with.

You will need to take out the comfort module in order to precode the key and then programming by OBD.
