dodge neon 2.0l petrol, 2004 key programming and ecu replace

hi. I have this neon without ecu. what tool could sync immo box (under instrument panel) with ecu, also to code a key, because that one is lost also. ecu is with 4 connectors on flat side of module. is it possible to immo off it? thanks.

Maxidas ds708 or maxisys ms908 both will rewrite the vin and add the keys but need to have the pin code for skim.

hmm. ok. i took skim (probably its that) remote entry receiver. inside is 1k71E motorolla. can somebody calculate pin from dump?

Post the dump to get the pin out of skim, but how are you going to write the vin. To the ecu to match the skim? Mismatch won't start the car.

Somebody replied that autel can do it? Is it true? Or do you know what tool i need? Or is there a eeprom to swap between ecus? I will post dump a little later on today.

If Ray Ray said it, its true. Autel is Maxidas andMaxisys, I have done rewrite with Maxidas myself.
