Hi all anyone know about this company CARPROTOOL i bought cpt with activation for Renesas R5F2154AE i download software and drivers then try to read and it says connect fail so i left it for the next day. When i connect the next day unit does not have serial no. anymore and it says damaged so after many many emais support finally goes on teamveiwer and checks and says device is damaged . I then order a new device takes another 3 days and i was promised that on my new purchase the activation would be transfered to new serial no. I received unit Friday and could not use it because renesas not activated...so today is Tuesday and after more than 20 emails to shop support and skype i am at my witts end no replies no support and no activation. How can this be called service or support if no one even responds to a mail.
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ANYONE OR PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING COMPANIES WHO GIVE BAD SUPPORT BUT WHEN YOU BUYING ONLINE EMAIL RESPONSE IS ALMOST SIMULTANIOUS
CARPROTOOL WORST SUPPLIER EVER PLEASE PASS ON TO AS MANY USERS SO THEY DONT GET CONNED OUT OF THEIR MONEY
